The Head Spa was great from my initial phone call asking questions to my appointment. The first lady I spoke with was very helpful and assisted me with picking the right package. When I told her I had VERY thick and long hair, she suggested adding additional time for the appointment and blowout, which was a great call! At my appointment with Jeanna, she was so sweet, personable and attentive. She catered to my tender scalp while still providing a thorough and relaxing experience. I will definitely be back and bringing my husband with me! This was one the best spa experiences I have ever had. P.S. pretty sure I was sleep a few times 😂

We went to Head Spa New Albany and loved every minute of it. I did the Autumn Signature and my partner did the Male Renewal. We were able to be in the same room, which made the whole experience nice and relaxing. The staff was very personable and friendly, and they made everything feel comfortable from start to finish. It was such a good way to unwind and reset. We will definitely be back.

I have been to the New Albany location twice now and somehow it was even better the second time! Both times my service was with Jeanna and she is amazing! She checked in throughout the service to make sure I was comfortable, my hair, scalp, and face were so soft and refreshed and the neck and shoulder massage really helped with some tension I have been having! The environment is clean, comfortable, and relaxing and I will absolutely be back!

Great service and very friendly!! I took my daughter and sister and we got the winter renewal which had the head spa and facial. I felt renewed after leaving there. They were great at making sure the pressure and the water temperature met out liking. Everything was clean. They knew what they were doing and I definitely recommend!

This was an absolutely amazing experience.My first time at the Headspa! Monique is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and did such a wonderful job on my hair afterwards and the headspa itself. She is absolutely adorable and her personality reflects in her work. Thank you thank you!!!!
